Why did you join EWB?

I joined EWB initially as a way to meet new people and get involved on campus.

Why did you stay?

I came to really love the work that EWB does in a variety of communities. Making positive changes, however small, can benefit the lives of those who are not as fortunate as we are, and being a part of that effort is rewarding in immeasurable ways.

How has EWB helped you?

EWB has helped me grow as a leader. But more than that, it allowed for to have an outlet for me to not only use my creativity with engineering, but also have a place to go when the stress of school becomes too much to bear alone. The people in EWB have become some of my closest friends, and that is something I can not put a price on.
