Why did you join EWB?
I was at the fall involvement fair and saw a friend tabling for EWB. I stopped by to say hello and wanted to learn more about the club. I was looking for a volunteer organization to join and wanted to experience something new, so I told myself “Why not?”
Why did you stay?
I stayed because I had the opportunity to help make a direct positive change in other people’s lives. EWB works closely with the communities in every project it takes on, which makes a successful completion feel so much more personal and rewarding. Alongside this, EWB is full of passionate, hard working members that make working on projects fun and engaging.
How has EWB helped you?
EWB has taught me how to truly “serve”, as we put the needs of the communities above all else. EWB has also helped me meet many great people and learn valuable life skills.
